User-Submitted Pattern Complaints
Bead Pattern Lab accepts copyright and related rights complaints for user-submitted patterns.
Submitted by identifies the submitting user or source only and does not imply authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, or license from any rights holder.
What to Include in a Notice
- Rights owner name and contact details
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- URL of the reported pattern page
- Description of the allegedly infringing material
- Good-faith belief statement
- Accuracy statement under applicable law
- Electronic or physical signature
After a Valid Notice
After receiving a valid notice, Bead Pattern Lab may remove, disable access to, hide, noindex, or otherwise restrict the reported pattern while review is completed.
Where applicable, a counter-notice/dispute process may be provided with identifying details and good-faith statements.
