Pattern Submissions
Bead Pattern Lab allows users to create and submit patterns through the maker/editor workflow.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pattern entries are treated as user-submitted content.
User-Submitted Patterns and Responsibility
By submitting a pattern, users confirm they have the rights, permissions, or other legal basis to submit and share the pattern content.
Submitters are responsible for submitted titles, descriptions, pattern content, references, and other provided information.
Bead Pattern Lab does not pre-screen every submission for copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights issues.
Bead Pattern Lab may review, translate, hide, remove, noindex, or restrict access to patterns after complaints or policy violations.
Natural translation of submitted text does not mean ownership transfer and does not mean the platform created or officially authorized the content.
Submitted by identifies the submitter/source only and does not imply official approval, sponsorship, endorsement, or license from any brand or rights holder.
Rights holders may submit complaints through Report, DMCA, or Copyright Policy routes, and repeat infringers or abusive submitters may be restricted or terminated.
Moderation and Visibility
Moderation actions are platform operations and do not constitute legal advice.
A report does not automatically establish infringement, but may trigger temporary restrictions while review is pending.
